We're looking for an ambitious Financial Recruitment Consultant who is interested in financial markets and wants to build a successful career in recruitment.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with leading financial institutions and exceptional candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll develop market expertise, build long-term relationships, and play a key role in connecting top talent with world-class organisations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer
  • Building and developing client relationships
  • Negotiating offers and providing market insight
  • Identifying new business opportunities within your market

Who We're Looking For

  • Recent graduates or professionals in the early stages of their career
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious, motivated, and commercially driven individuals
  • An interest in finance, trading, or recruitment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
