Business Development/Sales person required with proven track record of exceeding targets needed to work in a fast growing Recruitment consultancy which offers outstanding career progression and excellent remuneration. You will be networking and headhunting senior candidates in order to fill niche and highly specialised roles with blue chip and top FTSE organisations. You will be in charge of introducing and developing new business via extensive lead generation with a view to building up your own portfolio of Clients. Candidates must have excellent customer-facing and telephone skills and a background in Sales.
