Due to business expansion several vacancies have arisen within the Finance and IT recruitment arms of Anson McCade for a head-hunter/consultant.
This is an exciting post for a dynamic, tenacious individual who is very professional, career minded and money driven. You will have a strong interest in banking and finance or IT. The ideal candidate will have also have a good degree.
Duties will include scouring the market for the very best candidates to meet the requirements of our clients, which include major international banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions.
You will be responsible for finding and talking to a range of candidates and discovering their strengths and weaknesses. You will also be required to get a feel for the future trends in the market as well as current employment situations at a range of companies.
You will develop and manage your own portfolio of clients.
Typical positions that you will be headhunting for range from IT Project Managers, Development and Infrastructure/Support roles, to Traders, Quantitative Analysts, Structuring, Sales and other high-level Finance positions (across all product areas).
Essential Skills/Criteria to include:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (well spoken, highly articulate, friendly and polite).
• Microsoft Word and database literate
• Able to work using own initiative.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Previous data administration experience a definite advantage.
• Professional and responsible attitude.
The ideal candidate will be a well-presented person with an excellent telephone manner, computer literate and able to work using their own initiative.
• Education/Qualification required:
• Educated degree level or graduate calibre.
