Anson McCade is a well-established Recruitment firm based in the city. We are a niche Consultancy specialising in high-level IT and Finance roles. Our clients include major Blue Chip organisations, international Consultancies and Investment banks and they demand the highest level of candidates, which are only found through headhunting and networking. This role would suit a recent graduate (Ideally Business or IT related) who is keen to move into a fast paced Recruitment role where they can utilise their existing skills in a new way. You will need to be organised, motivated dynamic and extremely tenacious – This will not be your typical 9 – 5 role. You will work closely with Senior Consultants on their requirements, sourcing and managing candidates through the entire recruitment process; Initial phone call through to salary negotiation and start date. This is an office-based role where you will be required to make a large number of professional calls in order to generate new leads to establish your own network which will eventually enable you to start your own business development and become a Consultant. You have to have an excellent telephone manner and be highly confident, with the ability to extract large volumes of information from candidates. You will be highly adaptable with the ability to talk yourself out of tricky situations and take the rough with the smooth.

• Excellent basic salary with a sliding commission structure dependent on this (£16 - £26k – Negotiable)
