We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants who are serious about their careers and want to work in a fun environment with driven, motivated individuals who have a work hard, play hard attitude. This is not your typical job. It is a challenging and varied role where you will have to learn to take the rough with the smooth. This is an office based role which will require you to make a large number of phone calls and work long hours operating on the basic principle that what you put in – you get out (Both in terms of job satisfaction and salary remuneration) This is a sales environment and a commission based role (Though it does offer an excellent basic salary) where all you need is the drive to succeed – we can teach you the rest!
