Reporting Analyst (Web Analysis, Reporting, SEO, Internet Search)
Financial client based in the heart of London, are seeking a reporting analyst with previous e-commerce experience.
The selected candidate will be working in the expanding search and analysis team, and will be involved in various duties including, but not limited too:
• Collection of relevant search data
• Analysis, interpretation and processing of search data, and the production of search reports.
• Liaising with various clients and stakeholders, making recommendations about improvements to the search process, and the provision of management information.
• Providing information on SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and identifying click fraud.
In relation to experience, candidates will need to be highly numerate and analytical (ideally would have chosen a numerate subject at a-level or degree level). Work experience should have been in a similar role, where the candidate would have been analysing, processing and reporting on large and complex datasets, ideally in a high transactional environment.
Previous experience within an e-commerce / online environment is highly desirable as candidates will need to understand the concepts such as search engine optimisation, web analytics and paid search.
Candidates will also need some sort of experience in web analytics tools. This may include tools such as Omniture, Web Trend, Search Center, Sitecatalyst etc (others considered)
