Technology Portfolio Manager (Programme Delivery/Retail Banking).

Senior Project/Programme/Portfolio Manager required for overall responsibility for the delivery of multiple systems integration and applications development focussed projects (with a strong understanding of infrastructure and services too).

This is not a standard Project Management role however – you will be operating as a Head of Delivery for a highly demanding business unit. All candidates MUST have experience of managing and delivering multiple concurrent IT projects on time and on budget.

You must have managed large complex projects and managed budgets of £5m+ and team sizes of 20+ including offshore resources and outsourced partners.

This role is more than standard delivery as relationship and stakeholder management are critical to the success of this highly visible role facing off to different business heads.

You will have full responsibility and accountability for the success of projects in your unit and this is a full lifecycle role.

Candidates must demonstrate the delivery and following support of applications and services in a live business critical environment. Beyond delivery, you will also be responsible for risk, audit and cost management.

You will ideally be Prince2 or PMI/PMP certified.

Any previous banking experience would be a significant advantage but is not essential.
