Core Java Developer (Banking/Java Developer/Smart Sockets/SQL) with proven commercial experience of related technologies including EJB, JSP, Servlets, XML, UNIX (Solaris/Linux), SQL and OO development methodologies such as Agile/RAD, required for a multinational top tier banking corporation.
A knowledge of distributed applications would be a bonus as would experience of any involvement with Smart Sockets and Networking.
Preferably you will have come from fast-paced financial environment with some awareness of trading systems or highly transactional applications.
This is a technical hands on coding role where your responsibilities will include working with clients, in ensuring the delivery of projects on time and to specification as well as an element of ongoing support of live applications.
