Java/Web Application Server developer (1-3 years) required for major web-based business finance company (e-commerce).

You must have strong JSP, JSTL, XML and Servlets, as well as exposure to open source control tools and Middleware/Java Application Servers (either Apache Tomcat, JBoss, JRun, BEA WebLogic or IBM WebSphere).

You must have a good degree from a top tier university in a relevant field (computer science/maths etc) to work on major greenfield development projects in a UNIX environment.

You will be working on all aspects of the applications within the front end and middle tier development which is structured around an MVC framework.

On the back end you will ideally have good exposure to SQL for either Oracle or SQL Server.

You must have good communication skills and a creative, analytical mind.
