Data Architect (Oracle, BI DW, MDM)
Data Architect with experience of designing large complex logical and physical database systems required to work on some of the largest and most exciting Business Intelligence and Data warehousing projects in the UK.
Leading systems integrator with a global presence, are seeking an experienced consultant to take a lead role working on major projects across ector (Financial Services is a big focus currently).
The ideal candidate will have come from a highly data focused background – experience data modeling, data quality/ mining, master data management etc all very desirable as are related tools, methodologies and governance experience – Oracle/ Microsoft products, ETL and reporting, data mining tools etc as well as OO or relevant structure design.
Furthermore you will have a great deal of experience with clients and senior stakeholders, working on strategy, driving out requirements and leading teams.
My client is interested in people coming from a heavy delivery background but also strong strategy or technical experience. This is a consulting role so travel is required, you would however benefit from a good work life balance, excellent training and career development and if successful working with some of the top people within this field in the UK today.
Candidates will need full project lifecycle experience with proven credentials in the delivery of data architecture solutions. This includes proficiency in areas such as metadata management, master data management, data governance and data solutions management, although there are other suitable skills that will be considered.
