Senior Service Solution Manager (Applications/ SI/ ERP/ SAP)
Senior Service Solution Manager required to manage the sales and solution shaping of major application outsourcing and Systems integration projects.
Further to this there will be an element of Service Management, Service Delivery Strategy as well as Business Development, Pre-sales, contract negotiation etc.
The ideal candidate will have a background around service delivery for a major systems integrator or consultancy but have moved into solution shaping and business development or be getting involved in the bid process and supporting this type of work.
The focus of these projects is around EAI/ SOA– highly applications focused (Infrastructure SDM experience is unfortunately not relevant for this role). Any experience around custom applications, COTS, SAP or similar ERP service delivery/ application support or sales a distinct advantage as well as any off shore experience. You will have solid experience of IT application delivery around ITIL (certifications a big bonus).
Strong communication skills essential as role also includes liaising to director level and leading presentations.
The role is UK wide although can be based anywhere, with excellent package/ remuneration and career development.
