Sales Solution Architect/ Director
Senior Sales Solutions Architect/ Director (Bid/ Sales Design) required to work for a leading consultancy based in London (other bases considered also).
The ideal candidate will be a commercial animal coming from a technical background. The role will be working with CxO level clients on bid and presales engagements as well as working on early stage Solution design at deal stage.
Technical focus is not important but exposure to large-scale outsourcing is essential. Proposition work around BPO/ ITO, infrastructure or systems integration solutions. My client works on large deals £50-100m and is experiencing a great deal of success.
Although this is not a very technical role, a strong technical background is highly desirable. You would be working alongside technical teams and call upon subject matter experts, but ultimately you will be responsible for shaping the solution and able to justify strategy from a business perspective also.
You must be highly client facing and have experience from analysing requirements, scoping deliverables and be able to have a broad enough understanding in the area to recommend the right products, architecture, vendors etc for a variety of solutions. This is a senior role and provides excellent progression for high calibre individuals.
