Anson McCade is looking for both experienced and junior/trainee Sales and Market Research Staff.
Due to Anson McCade's position and reputation within the IT and Finance marketplaces and our aim of improving upon the very high standards within this unique organisation, all candidates must satisfy the following precepts:
- The majority of our Clients are major Blue Chip organisations so a very positive, mature, articulate and well-spoken demeanour is essential. All candidates must have an easy and natural conversational style facilitating dialogue with people from very diverse backgrounds, be an excellent listener and have an ability to manage and turn around difficult situations.
- A readiness to make a large number of professional phone calls and work long hours (Monday to Friday only!) with a view to developing a large platform of strong Client and Candidate relationships.
- Very high standards and expectations are demanded within Anson McCade. All candidates must be able to absorb large quantities of information, from sales training to technical & business knowledge. Examples of this ability, such as a recognised degree, will be advantageous.
- The
more discerning of candidates only please, with the drive and intelligence
to take advantage of one of the best commission structures in the City,
one which would allow you to command a six-figure salary.
- The
most important of all the requisite attributes are stubbornness, resilience
and determination. These are very demanding positions and only those
able to take the very rough with the smooth will succeed, no matter how
good your other skills are. Those that do succeed will find themselves,
both in terms of job satisfaction and financial remuneration, in one
of the most rewarding sales environments available.
