What We Seek

  • A formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21)
  • Formal further education certificate to HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • Alternatively, a BEng in a relevant Engineering Degree
  • Ability to navigate tasks with minimal supervision
  • A deep well of motivation and enthusiasm, pivotal in cultivating a high-performing team
  • Exhibit a proactive mindset towards enhancing manufacturing processes
  • Establish yourself as a focal point for manufacturing queries within the deployed team
  • Proficient in people leadership, adept at engaging in effective team and individual dialogues
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing systems such as "ERP"
