This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s confident leading from the front—technically, strategically, and collaboratively—while mentoring and growing development teams.

As a Lead Software Engineer / Technical Lead, you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy secure software applications
• Promote best practices across CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality
• Mentor and support mid-to-junior engineers, fostering continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong programming experience in one or more of: JavaScript, Java, .Net, Python
• Experience delivering complex software in secure or regulated environments
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling: Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube, etc.

• Ability to lead code reviews, define standards, and support team planning
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and continuous delivery

Nice to have (or willing to learn):
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS

Key Benefits:
