Our client is an industry leader in Transaction Services and it is a cornerstone of their business. They understand the importance of this work across their business in helping customers focus on key questions during the critical stages of planning and executing a deal.
Our client is looking for a Transaction Service Manager to undertake a vital role in the crating and enhancing the value of their customer’s experience. As a Transaction Service Manager for our client you will be brought into a collaborative environment and where your own voice and views will have direct impact on the customer’s agenda.
As a Transaction Services Manager you will;
- Be able to draw on your own experience in financial due diligence to work with a variety of clients or sector specific clients
- Be bale to use you analytical skills to interpret data and construct solutions for your client
- Have the overall control for cost management, reporting, monitoring of recovery rates against budget and invoicing.
- Be responsible for delivering full work stream from start to finish and will add value to your clients through collaboration with other areas of the business to become a trusted advisor and becoming a key contact for clients on a day to day basis
- Produce financial analysis and supporting your team by reviewing their work
As a Transaction Services Manager you should;
- Have previous experience managing upwards and reviewing output to ensure quality of work being produced
- Have a strong academic history with a financial qualification such as a ACA or equivalent
- Be able to direct and operate in high preforming, multi-disciplinary teams with the ability to adapt and change accordingly
- Be able to identify the implications of due diligence findings and formulate recommendations for clients and be able to provide technical expertise to clients
- Have the ability to multi-task the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Have proficiency in excel, PowerPoint and word skills
- Have the ability to lead and inspire junior members of the team
