What you’ll be doing:

• Leading Commercial Due Diligence projects across buy-side and sell-side engagements

• Assessing markets, competition, and business models to identify key value drivers

• Delivering insight-led recommendations to investors and deal teams

• Building trusted relationships with clients, including C-level stakeholders

• Supporting business development and mentoring junior team members

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in M&A advisory or strategy consulting

• Proven record delivering Commercial Due Diligence projects, ideally for Private Equity clients

• Excellent commercial judgement, analytical thinking, and comfort with complex data

• Confidence working with senior stakeholders under deal-driven time pressure

• Background in sectors like technology, healthcare, or industrials is a bonus
