Senior Systems Engineer – Process & Governance
Location: Coventry – Hybrid working available
Salary: £45,000 - £53,000
Support the design of tomorrow’s submarines by ensuring engineering excellence through governance, process, and lifecycle rigour.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Provide expert process and governance support across the entire engineering lifecycle
• Deliver effective technical solutions aligned with business and regulatory needs
• Ensure all deliverables meet Lifecycle Management (LCM) expectations
• Offer guidance to engineers and cross-functional teams on governance best practices
• Contribute specialist input across multiple engineering projects
Your Skills and Experience:
• In-depth understanding of engineering lifecycle management (LCM)
• Familiarity with maritime legislation, defence or industry standards
• Proven track record in engineering governance within highly regulated sectors
• STEM degree or relevant experience in submarines, nuclear or similar environments (desirable)
