Salary: Up to £48,000

We’re hiring an experienced Technical Team Manager to lead a multi-tier IT support team (1st, 2nd, 3rd Line). You'll oversee daily operations, manage escalations, and ensure high service standards through effective leadership and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day service desk operations and team performance

  • Monitor and meet SLAs/KPIs

  • Drive incident, change, and release management

  • Develop automation workflows using ITSM tools

  • Coordinate patching, software deployments, and reporting

  • Mentor and develop team members

Required Experience:

  • Proven leadership in IT support environments

  • Hands-on knowledge of:

    • VMware/Horizon

    • Microsoft Server 2019

    • Cisco/Juniper networking

    • Active Directory, Exchange

    • Trellix/Trend security tools

    • ITIL-based processes

Nice to Have:

  • Windows 10, SharePoint, Linux, MDM (Avanti)

  • Experience with SCOM, SQL, ePo, Excel

  • Understanding of PDR/JSPs
