- The client is on we're on a mission to build impactful, human-centred digital services that solve complex problems and make a meaningful difference. They are growing, and need Senior Product Managers to join our talented team.
- As a Senior Consultant specialising in Product, you’ll be instrumental in turning our clients’ goals into real-world action. That means creating a compelling vision, shaping product roadmaps, writing and prioritising user stories, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that matter.

What you'll do
- Lead and inspire product teams delivering work for high-profile clients
- Shape the product vision, roadmap and prioritised backlog
- Translate complex needs into actionable plans with clear, measurable goals
- Guide and coach your team, helping them stay focused and free from distractions
- Engage with stakeholders to gain buy-in, build consensus and navigate trade-offs
- Represent both the consulting firm and your clients with clarity and credibility
- Foster a culture of user-centred design and agile best practice
About you
You’re an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of agile and a passion for people, problem-solving and progress. You don’t just build great products — you bring people with you and lead by example.

- Lead multidisciplinary teams and create an environment where others can thrive
- Put users at the heart of every decision
- Communicate with clarity and empathy across varied audiences
- Balance policy, security, and delivery constraints with creativity and pragmatism
- Make confident, informed decisions – even without consensus
- Support others to build product thinking and user-first approaches
- Use delivery methodologies like Scrum or Kanban effectively
- Facilitate remote and in-person workshops with impact
