The ideal ERP Technical Manager will have a blend of deep technical knowledge and strong leadership skills. You’ll work closely with clients across industries, driving technical strategy and guiding your team through all phases of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
Role Requirements:

Lead the technical delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP projects, focusing on integrations, data migration, and enterprise reporting as an experienced ERP Technical Manager.

Define and execute technical strategies aligned with Oracle best practices and client needs.

Facilitate workshops and develop key project documentation to support design and implementation.

Manage and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Skills & Experience:

Solid experience with Oracle Cloud ERP business processes in Finance, Procurement or Payroll.

Expertise in at least one technical stream: Oracle Integration Cloud, Data Migration, VBCS/PCS Extensions, or Enterprise Reporting.

Proven track record managing full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP projects with strong client engagement.

Relevant certifications such as Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI Architect, or Oracle Analytics Cloud are advantageous.
