What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and motivate agile product teams on key public sector projects

• Shape product visions, build roadmaps, and manage prioritised backlogs

• Translate complex challenges into actionable product plans

• Guide and coach your team while removing blockers and distractions

• Engage with stakeholders, gain buy-in, and navigate competing priorities

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment

• Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams and promoting product thinking

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies

• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
