Human-focused. Impact-driven.

Looking to take the lead on meaningful digital transformation? Join a mission-led consultancy shaping public-facing services that truly matter.

The Opportunity

A fast-growing, purpose-driven consultancy is hiring Senior Product Managers to help their clients solve complex challenges. As a senior voice in their Product team, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, shape service delivery strategies, and ensure every decision keeps real users at the core.

This role goes beyond managing backlogs — it’s about inspiring teams, navigating ambiguity, and delivering measurable value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps
  • Guide teams through discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and client goals
  • Prioritise work that maximises impact, not just output
  • Engage senior stakeholders and build consensus in complex environments
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and coach others in product thinking
  • Champion agile principles and user-centred design
  • Balance delivery constraints with creativity and clear decision-making

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience in product management, ideally across consultancy or public sector environments
  • Strong leadership across agile teams — delivery managers, designers, developers, and more
  • Clear, confident communication with both stakeholders and delivery teams
  • A track record of translating user needs into product success
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and making data-informed decisions
  • Experience with delivery frameworks like Scrum, Kanban or similar
  • A collaborative, empathetic approach that brings people with you

Why Join?

  • A people-first consultancy: flexibility, growth, and support come as standard
  • Hybrid working with offices across the UK — including London, Manchester, Bristol, Leeds and more

Benefits include:

  • Private medical & dental
  • Enhanced pension contributions
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • EV & cycle schemes, season ticket loans
  • Coaching, learning budgets, wellbeing tools & more

About the Company
