Required Skills & Experience:

  • Understanding of Windows OS (ideally Windows 10).

  • Working knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019.

  • Basic SCCM experience (imaging, deployment).

  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy.

  • Exposure to Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualisation.

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills – training will be provided.

Key Benefits:

  • Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 DOE

  • Up to 5% bonus

  • Industry certification support (Udemy & more)

  • Career progression – this role has opened due to internal promotion

  • Opportunity to work on live infrastructure projects alongside support tasks

If you’re currently working in roles such as 2nd Line Support, Desktop Support, IT Support Analyst, Technical Support Engineer, or Service Desk Analyst – this could be your next step forward.
