The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Cyber Security Consultant to join a fast-growing transformation team that helps large organisations adapt to today’s evolving risk landscape. You’ll work at the intersection of security, risk, and business transformation—helping clients modernise their cyber strategies, navigate complex regulations, and build the resilience needed to support ambitious digital agendas.

What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll work with clients across industries to:
- Shape and deliver cyber improvement programmes tied to business goals
- Develop security strategies and operating models tailored to unique client contexts
- Conduct gap analyses and maturity assessments to drive improvement roadmaps
- Translate regulatory and framework requirements into practical action plans
- Engage with stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels
- Contribute to project delivery from planning through to execution and reporting
Essential Requirements:
Must-Haves
- Solid professional experience in cyber security, ideally within a strategic, transformation, or governance role
- Awareness of major frameworks or standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NCSC CAF)
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with different audiences
- Experience supporting or leading projects with clear outcomes and timelines
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)
Nice-to-Haves
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar)
- Consulting experience or exposure to regulated environments (e.g. finance, government, infrastructure)
- Familiarity with cyber operations, OT security, or regulatory change initiatives
