We’re looking for Service Designers to join a dynamic design studio that’s part of a global innovation network. You’ll be working on impactful public sector projects that aim to simplify complexity and deliver meaningful, inclusive services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead or support service design activities across discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases
  • Conduct user research using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Map services and systems using tools like service blueprints, journey maps, and ecosystem diagrams
  • Facilitate co-creation workshops and ideation sessions with users and stakeholders
  • Prototype service components and test them for desirability and feasibility
  • Translate insights into actionable service improvements and design recommendations
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design throughout the service lifecycle
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the internal design practice

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in service design or a related discipline
  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end service design work
  • Proficiency in human-centred and inclusive design practices
  • Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with GDS standards and public sector delivery
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
  • Degree in Service Design, UX, HCI, or a related field
