Role Requirements:

  • Lead the design and delivery of data architecture across high-profile public and healthcare sector projects.

  • Provide expert guidance on data modelling, migration, transformation, and governance.

  • Act as a technical authority and mentor for junior data team members.

  • Partner with clients to define requirements and shape strategic data solutions.

  • Contribute to wider architectural decisions at the enterprise level where needed.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect within UK Public or Healthcare sectors.

  • Strong technical design skills in core data disciplines — modelling, metadata, migration, and more.

  • Track record of providing leadership and assurance on complex data projects.

  • Proficient in at least three mainstream data technologies and up to date with broader trends.

  • Confident engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear thought leadership.
