What you’ll do:
- Define engineering strategy with a focus on LLM delivery in production.
- Lead multi-million-euro programmes implementing NLP/LLM systems.
- Oversee technical architecture, quality standards, and delivery frameworks.
- Grow the Madrid hub to 40+ engineers, setting culture and direction.
- Engage directly with senior business leaders to identify and prioritise opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- Track record of leading production deployments of LLM solutions.
- Deep expertise in NLP, LLM optimisation, and inference stack fundamentals.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn engineering capability into measurable business impact.
- Experience in high-pressure, high-performance environments.
