What you’ll do:
- Lead teams delivering production-grade ML and LLM solutions.
- Architect and implement NLP and LLM systems that deliver measurable business value.
- Work with stakeholders to define problems, scope projects, and ensure real-world delivery.
- Mentor engineers on best practices for LLM development, deployment, and optimisation.
- Keep ahead of advancements and translate them into viable production use cases.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record delivering LLM-based solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python; familiarity with C++, Java, or .NET is beneficial.
- Strong SQL and cloud experience (Azure or AWS).
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and client-facing interactions.
