What We’re Looking For

All candidates must have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a closely related discipline from a top-tier university.
This typically means a 2:1 or above from a leading UK institution — such as those within the Russell Group (e.g., Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, Edinburgh, Manchester, King’s College London, Bristol, Glasgow, Warwick).

What You’ll Bring

• Proficiency in C#/.NET, or another object-oriented programming language such as Java or Python

• Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred)

• Strong problem-solving skills and an appetite for tackling challenging technical work

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership from concept through to delivery

• Excellent communication skills and an interest in working directly with business stakeholders

• A desire to understand how your work connects to real-world outcomes

• Experience in financial services is a bonus, but not required
