The Role:
The firm is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager / Trader with a strong background in high-frequency futures trading. This is a unique opportunity to join a nimble, well-capitalized firm where you will have autonomy over your strategies and the ability to scale performance with best-in-class infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage high-frequency trading strategies in global futures markets
- Optimize and scale profitable strategies using my an advanced low-latency trading platform
- Monitor and enhance risk-adjusted returns across existing strategies
- Collaborate with technologists to maximize edge
- Contribute to the firm’s PnL through proven, capital-efficient strategies
Requirements:
- Demonstrable track record in high-frequency futures trading with consistent profitability
- Strategies exhibiting Sharpe ratio 5+ and strong return on capital
- Experience running strategies at scale in competitive electronic markets
- Deep understanding of market microstructure and latency-sensitive execution
- Ability to work independently or lead your own trading team
