We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to join a major financial institution that powers millions of transactions daily and invests heavily in cutting-edge technology to support its internal applications and digital ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Driving technical excellence and aligning engineering decisions with strategic business goals.
• Overseeing delivery timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Enhancing engineering processes and tools to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Championing robust testing practices and enforcing technology standards.

You’ll be expected to bring:

• Proven experience managing globally diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in web application development (Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular).
• Familiarity with modern development tools and practices (GitLab, Cloud Hosting, JIRA).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for developing others.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change across multiple teams and initiatives.
