Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to provide high-level support across critical infrastructure environments. This role will focus on troubleshooting, maintenance, and collaboration with technical teams to ensure stability and security of systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure support and a proven track record of managing complex environments.
Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot infrastructure issues (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPOs, WSUS, AD, AppLocker, etc.).

Collaborate with Network, Engineering, and SOC teams to resolve end-user issues.

Work directly with client leads on escalated incidents.

Perform patching and maintenance on test and live environments, including antivirus, WSUS, RHEL, and product updates.

Manage PKI certificates and SIEM tooling.

Provide support to Engineering and Test teams.

Carry out Active Directory administration (accounts, groups, memberships, permissions, etc.).

Participate in the on-call rota to provide 24/7/365 support.

Essential Experience:
